四邊磨是矩形原片玻璃倒角的有經(jīng)驗加工設(shè)備，適用于加工建筑、門窗中空玻璃以及規(guī)格復(fù)雜且單一的白玻和LOW-E玻璃，具有高加工精度，效率高率，高機械配置，采用“節(jié)能、低碳、效率高、自動化”的設(shè)計理念，采用人機界面操作，四軸聯(lián)動，自動識別玻璃尺寸，棱角加工速度達30m/分；且不同規(guī)格和厚度的玻璃可連續(xù)上片，無需人工調(diào)整和等待，以皮帶式真空吸力傳送及固定玻璃后加工磨邊和除膜，有效避免玻璃劃傷和表面壓痕，提升玻璃加工工藝速度，降低加工成本。

玻璃數(shù)控四邊磨分為入片臺，磨邊架，出片臺三個部分。四邊磨入片臺和出片臺是配合磨邊架對玻璃進行磨削。磨邊架有2組磨頭。每組磨頭分別有兩個磨輪。磨邊過程簡便，先磨玻璃的頭部，然后磨頭旋轉(zhuǎn)90度，配合邊上的磨輪對玻璃的兩側(cè)邊進行磨削，之后，磨頭再次旋轉(zhuǎn)90度，對玻璃的尾部進行磨削，完成整個磨邊過程。四邊磨磨完后旋轉(zhuǎn)歸零，等待下一片玻璃進行磨削。工藝流暢自然，配合緊密。非常大限度地壓縮磨邊的時間，較大地提高了玻璃磨邊的速度。
